Benefits of the 21 Day Purification Program
The 21 Day Purification Program is designed to cleanse your body of harmful toxins. Toxins are found everywhere in our environment. They can be eaten in the form of pesticide residue on unwashed fresh produce. They can be found in highly processed foods. You can absorb toxins from the environment through your skin and from the air you breathe. Symptoms of excessive toxin build-up include trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, reduced libido and problems with digestion.

Here at our weight loss chiropractic office, we are now offering the 21 day body cleanse diet by Standard Process. The diet consists of eating whole fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean meats. The program also calls for drinking 64 ounces of clean spring water and maintaining a healthy fat intake by using coconut oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil and grape seed oil.

The 21 day body cleanse diet is designed to purify your body from all the harmful toxins located with your cells. Next, it nourishes your body, making sure you receive all the vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients your body needs to rejuvenate itself. Lastly, you will learn how to maintain your weight loss and your health while further increasing your energy levels.
The first step to this 21 day program involves ridding your body of harmful toxins through fresh, clean spring water, whole foods and specially formulated vitamin supplements. By reducing your intake of heavily processed foods, fast food, non-organic fruits and vegetables and avoiding foods that contain additives and preservatives, you will be limiting your exposure to additional toxins. By increasing your water intake, you will be helping your body rid itself of the toxic substances that you have already ingested.
